Katharine combines analytical expertise with excellent communication skills. Her work uses statistical analysis and modelling techniques to understand the impact of public policies on economic outcomes. Previously Katharine worked with public and private sector clients at Frontier Economics, and at the RAND Corporation. She has a DPhil and MPhil in economics from Oxford University, and a B.A in statistics from Harvard College.
