Scott has a background in government service, with experience in policy design, programme implementation, and operational service delivery across a variety of government departments and agencies. Since joining know.space, he has contributed to a range of studies and projects for organisations including UKSA and ESA, with a particular focus on process and impact evaluation, and framework design.

Scott holds an MA(Hons) in Politics and International Relations, and an MRes in Social Sciences and Humanities.
